Lance Crayon is from Fort Worth, Texas and moved to China in December 2009.  

Since living in Beijing he has worked as a video journalist for trava55.ru and Global Times.

 He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Arlington.  

Spray Paint Beijing is his first documentary film.
